You can either pay the Entry Fee Online when you register, or you can select Offline Payment and we'll send you an invoice with details of how to pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

Please note, if you wish to pay by card when you register, please select the Pay by PayPal option. PayPal act as our vendor and will accept card payments, even if you do not have a PayPal account. This also applies to invoices we send you, there will be the option to pay by card via PayPal, but you do not need an account to do this.

It is approximately 400 metres, but there is a small area where you can drop Gazebos and other team itrems off about 200 metres away.

No the House is off limits. Spectators are requested to remain within the spectator area which is on the inside of the track.

The Race begins at 10.00am but team organiser should aim to arrive by about 8.45am.

The Race should finish by 3.30pm. The childrens race lasts for around 15-20minutes after that time.

You do not have to stay all day but team members should make sure that they arrive in plenty of time for their slot in the race.

Yes there is. We provide free entertainment including a clown and face painting, but do ask that families supervise children throughout the day.
