About the event
In previous years we have used the term 'Team Organiser and/or Team Captain' which has caused some confusion in the past. For 2020 we are simply going to ask for the details of the team contact, so the person who is organising the team. At a later stage we will ask for your team captain's name for inclusion in the programme. We communicate primarily by email, but also by Text Message with details about the day, so please do provide us with a mobile number if you have one. We do not pass this onto anyone in any circumstance and all numbers are deleted after Race Day.
For checkout and registration purposes, we ask that you select the number of tickets for the number of teams you are registering. So if you wish to enter 2 teams, you need to add 2 tickets. You do not have to pay now, simply choose Offline Payment at the end and we'll send you further details on how to pay by BACS, Cheques or Cash at the later date.

2020 Early Bird Entry
For checkout and registration purposes, we ask that you select the number of tickets for the number of teams you are registering. For example, if you wish to enter 2 teams, you need to add 2 tickets. The Early Bird Discount applies until the end of February. After that time the Entry Fee will be £120. Every penny of the Entry Fee goes to Rotary charities.
