Welcome to the teams’ section of the 2017 Barratt Homes Relay Marathon.

Entering a team in the 2016 Relay Marathon is simple, just fill out the form below with your team details. Before you enter, you may wish to read the guidance for competitors which can be found here.
Started in 2013, the Relay Marathon is a unique opportunity to raise money for charities of your choice by running as part of a team to complete a marathon.
Teams are comprised of up to 10 runners who each complete two laps of a 1.3mile circuit before handing the baton over to their team mate. Teams may be made up of a smaller number of competitors, providing that the team collectively completes 20 laps that are spread equally amongst the participants. The race will begin at 10am and Marshals will be withdrawn at 3pm, so each team should look to complete the course in 5hours.

The Relay Marathon is open to all ages and abilities, from the amateur athlete to the novice runner and there is a trophy for the team who completes the course in the fastest time. Most importantly, this gives you, your friends, family and colleagues the chance to raise funds for good causes of your choice and there is also a cup for the team who raises the most in sponsorship.
The Entrance Fee is £120 per team, with a £20 reduction for those teams registering before the end of February. Every penny of this goes towards Rotary work in and around the community. The costs of organising the event is met by our business partners and supporters.
The Rotary Club of Romsey is the registered charity responsible to the Charity Commission for all funds raised as a result of the Relay Marathon. We therefore ask that once you have finished raising your sponsorship and forward this to the chosen charities of your choice, we receive a copy of a receipt from the charities and copies of your sponsorship forms. The Rotary Club offers a service of administering teams' sponsorship through our JustGiving page. To use this service please contact us via the form below.

The Rotary Club of Romsey will carry third party insurance. Any further insurance will be a matter for competing teams.
If you would like to send us your Entry Donation via JustGiving then please click on the button below. All you need to do is select £100 and where applicable, we'd be grateful if you could include GiftAid with your donation. This all goes toward Rotary's work in the community.
